Details of a credit/debit card (which is valid until the time of departure) are required to confirm bookings.
Payment is by card or cash. Cheques are not accepted.
Check in is between 16:00 and 19:00. With our other guests in mind we reserve the right to refuse entry to Braeburn after 19:00hrs unless check-in time has been agreed in advance.
Check out on the day of departure is 10am at latest.
In the case of Loss Damage or Incontinence/Vomiting/Bleeding/Cosmetics stains Repair/Replacement or Extra Cleaning/Hygiene Treatment will be charged against your booking guarantee card account.
Children from 6 years and older are more than welcome. There are no facilities as a cot, high chair etc. for younger children available.
We do not take any pets.
Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled equal or less than 21 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the total stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled equal or less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made
In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
